Eight sizes · one of them is yours
Somebody in your house
stopped sleeping.
It wasn't their choice.
Eight soft silicone cones that hold your nose open while you sleep. No machine. No straps. No app.

The mechanism
The narrowest point isn't your throat.
It's the nasal valve, two millimetres inside your nose. Squeeze air through a gap that tight and it turns turbulent — and turbulent air over soft tissue is the sound. The cone is a spring. It holds the gap open so the air moves quietly.
Why eight
These usually fail for one reason: the wrong size.
Four pairs, four diameters. Start in the middle, work outward, keep the pair you stop noticing.
There is nothing to learn.
Find your pair
Narrow end first, until the flange sits flat. Snug, never pinching.
Forget they're there
You notice them for two or three nights. After that, most people don't.
Thirty seconds
Warm water, mild soap, back in the case. A set lasts months.
Before you buy
This doesn't work for everyone, and we'd rather say so.
Likely to help you
- Your snoring gets worse when your nose is blocked
- You have allergies or a deviated septum
- You wake up with a dry mouth
Probably won't
- It comes from the soft palate or the tongue
- It's the same whether your nose is clear or blocked
- You've been told you may have sleep apnea
And one thing we won't soften. If you ever stop breathing during sleep, wake up gasping, or feel wrecked after a full night — see a doctor. That can be sleep apnea, and it's a medical condition that no device bought online should be treating. We'd rather lose the sale.
In the box
Eight cones and a case that fits in a pocket.

The part nobody tells you
Almost every seller of these ships from overseas.
Which is why it takes three weeks. Ours leaves a warehouse in the United States.
Questions people ask
Will they fall out during the night?
Not if the size is right. If a pair works its way loose, go up one size — that's what the other three pairs are for.
Does it hurt?
You feel them for the first two or three nights, then you stop noticing. Still uncomfortable after three nights? It's too big. Size down.
What if it doesn't work for me?
Unopened sets go back within 30 days. Opened ones can't — this goes inside your nose. If yours arrives damaged or wrong, send a photo and we replace it free.
Does it help with athletic performance?
We're not going to tell you it does. A review of nineteen studies found no significant difference in oxygen uptake or perceived exertion. They're comfortable to train in. That's as far as we'll go.
